Opened or used items

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items. All sales are final once a product has been opened or used.

Unopened, undamaged items

If your peptide arrives unopened and undamaged, you may request one of the following within 30 days of delivery:

• A refund to your original payment method
• Store credit
• An exchange for a different item

Damaged, wrong, or missing orders

If your order arrived damaged, you received the wrong item, or it never arrived, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We'll make it right — whether that's a replacement, exchange, refund, or store credit is handled case by case.
