Amino Labz is a research supply company. ALL products on our website are sold for research and laboratory use. The products should not be used in form of cosmetic, food additive, chemical, drugs, or other applications not classified in this document. The listing of a material on this site does not constitute a license to its use in infringement of any patent. All customers represent and warrant that through their own review and study that they are fully aware and knowledgeable about the following: Government regulations regarding the use of and exposure to all products. The health and safety hazards associated with the handling of the products they purchase. The necessity of adequately warning of the health and safety hazards associated with any products. The company holds its right to cancel any purchase done if there is any proof or the company sees that you are buying for use other than it is sold for. “Amino Labz” products are intended solely for laboratory research purposes and are not to be used for any other purposes, including but not limited to vitro diagnostic purpose, in food drugs, medical devices, or cosmetics for humans or animals or for commercial purposes. 02. Where Is Amino Labz Located? +
We pack and ship all orders in the U.S.A.
03. What Is A Research Supply Company? +
Amino Labz is a research supply company. Our products are sold for research purposes only. They are not intended for human or animal use or testing. Any implication of human or animal use will result in the cancellation of your order.
04. What Size Vials Do Your Peptides Come In? +
All peptides are sold in 3ml glass vials. Glutathione is sold in a 10ml glass vial.
05. How Do I Store Lyophilized Peptides? +
For maximum shelf life, lyophilized peptides should be stored in the fridge or freezer before reconstituting. If stored properly in the fridge or freezer, the shelf life is multiple years.
06. How Do I Store Reconstituted Peptides? +
Once peptides are reconstituted, they should be stored in the refrigerator.
07. Do You Use Filler Or Stabilizer In Your Peptides? +
Mannitol, a sugar-based stabilizer, is used in most peptides.
08. How Do I Store Bacteriostatic Water? +
Bacteriostatic water should be stored in a cool dry place, out of direct sunlight. Never store bacteriostatic water in the fridge or freezer.
09. What Is The Best Temperature to Have My Products Once I’m Ready to Conduct Research? +
Both peptide AND bacteriostatic water should be room temperature.
010. How Do I Mix My Lyophilized Peptides? +
Remove the colored cap from the vial. Add bacteriostatic water to vial. The volume of water added to the vial should be determined by the researcher.
011. What Are Research Peptides Used For? +
Peptides are widely used in chemistry and play a key role in many experiments. This may involve protein purification, protein modification, and various interactional studies. We are solely a research supply company. Our products are intended for experienced researchers only. We do not include instructions or directions.
012. Is There a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) or Purity Rating For My Peptide? +
Yes, please visit our website and navigate to the product page. You’ll see a full history of all COAs related to the product. You can match the batch number on your vial to the batch number on the COA to view specific information related to your product.
013. Are Your Products Laboratory Tested? +
We carefully select and only work with the highest quality ingredients/products. Each batch is laboratory tested for purity at at least one lab. In some cases you’ll see multiple test results from different labs. Results of the tests are published on the product page of our website. If you would like to conduct a test on your particular product, you can do so at any licensed HPLC testing facility. If any of our products fail the test we will refund your order plus shipping.
014. Do You Print Batch Numbers On Your Vials? +
Peptides have a printed batch number on the label which correlates to a COA. You can view the correlating COA on the product page of our site.
015. My Reconstituted Peptide Is Not Drawing From The Vial, What Should I Do? +
Most of our lyophilized peptides are vacuum sealed, which can sometimes make it difficult to extract. Inject air into the vial before drawing. This will relieve the vacuum and make it easier to pull the solution out.
016. Technical NAD+ Information +
All NAD+ purchases come with an empty 10ml glass vial.

Mixing:
1. Always reconstitute with room temperature peptides. Be sure your NAD+ and bacteriostatic water are both room temperature.
2. We suggest 2ml of bacteriostatic water into the NAD+ vial.
3. Transfer the 2ml into the 10ml empty vial.
4. Then, add 8ml of bacteriostatic water to the 10ml vial and shake until clear.
5. Store in fridge.

For quick insight on NAD+, research shows that solubility is 50mg per ml, which means there is a minimum of 10 ml of water required to properly reconstitute NAD+. We highly recommend using the empty 10ml glass vial that came with your NAD+ and 10ml of fresh, Hospira brand water for proper reconstitution. If your product crystallizes, you can gently warm the vial and shake.
017. Technical AOD-9604 Information +
About Your Product: As seen on the AOD-9604 product page of our website, we strongly recommend using acetic acid with this product to avoid gelling. If you are not mixing with acetic acid, you may see some gelling. If gelling occurs, you can warm the vial in the palms of your hand.

Mixing:
1. For best results, add 1.6ml of bacteriostatic water to your vial of AOD-9604.
2. Then add 0.4ml of acetic acid to the vial.
3. Gently shake/swirl.
4. Store in fridge.

About Your Product: As shown on our website product page, this product must be reconstituted with phosphate buffered saline.
019. How Should I Handle My Air Dispersal Unit Kit? +
About Your Kit: All of our kits come equipped with a 10ml vial of deionized water, an empty air dispersal unit and the product of your choice.

Mixing:
1. Remove plastic flip-off caps from your peptide/coenzyme and the deionized water.
2. Add 3ml of deionized water to your peptide or coenzyme vial.
3. Transfer the reconstituted product to the air dispersal unit.
4. Add the remaining 7ml of deionized water to the air dispersal unit.
5. Shake to ensure the product is equally blended. Final volume will have 10ml’s and 100 sprays per unit.
020. How Should I Store My Vitamins or Aminos? +
Vitamins/Aminos should be stored in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight. NEVER store these products in the fridge.
021. What solvent is used in your Vitamins/Aminos? +
All products under our Vitamins/Aminos tab include ultra pure water and 2% alcohol.
022. How Long Do Aminos/Vitamins Last? +
Expiration dates are marked on each vial. Aminos/Vitamins are good for 6 months after opening.
023. What Shipping Carriers Do You Work With? +
Amino Labz ships with USPS, UPS and FedEx.
024. What Are Your Shipping & Delivery Options and Timeframes? +
We offer various shipping options to meet the needs of each customer. We charge a flat rate of $12.99 for Priority shipments, $13.99 for FEDEX and $14.99 for UPS Ground. Shipping times vary depending on your location and delays may be subject to your shipment with consideration to inclement weather.
025. What Days Do You Ship? +
Orders are packed and shipped 6 days a week, Monday through Saturday excluding holidays. The shipping cutoff time is 12pm, EST on weekdays and 12pm, EST on Saturdays. Orders placed before 12pm, EST, Monday–Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12pm, EST, Monday–Friday will be shipped the following business day. Orders placed before 12pm, EST on Saturdays will ship the same day. Orders placed on Saturdays after 12pm, EST will ship the following Monday. Payment must be cleared in order for your order to ship.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT DUE TO THE EXTREMELY HIGH VOLUME OF ORDERS PLACED DURING SALES AND/OR PROMOTIONS, YOUR PACKAGE MAY SHIP 1–3 DAYS AFTER PAYMENT HAS CLEARED.

All orders placed after 12pm, EST will be shipped the following day, following our schedule above.
026. Do You Offer Expedited Shipping? +
We also offer expedited shipping options which are only available for orders placed Monday–Thursday before 12pm, EST. We offer free shipping on all orders with a subtotal of $350.00, within the USA. All orders include shipping, handling, and guaranteed tracking information within the USA.

THIS OPTION IS NOT ALWAYS AVAILABLE AND IS DEPENDENT ON THE VOLUME OF ORDERS WE RECEIVE AND THE WEATHER ACROSS THE COUNTRY.

027. Do you ship to Australia, or the U.K.? +
No, we do not ship to Australia or the U.K. Amino Labz offers shipping in the United States and Canada only. There are no exceptions.
028. Do you ship to Canada? +
Yes, we ship to Canada. You can view different shipping options on our cart checkout page. Be sure to select the correct region/province.

Please note Amino Labz reserves the right to cancel and refund any shipments if we deem necessary. While we do our best to ship your order quickly and efficiently, we have no control over customs processing times or any potential import duties or taxes. Please note that customs clearance may hold your package for inspection which can sometimes cause delays.

Duties and Taxes: Any additional duties, taxes, or fees imposed by customs will be the recipient’s responsibility. Regardless, you will be able to track your package and its whereabouts at any time by viewing the tracking link that is emailed to you once our shipping department prepares your order for shipping.
029. My package says delivered but I have not received it. What should I do? +
Although carrier issues are beyond our scope of control, we recommend looking around your property for the package. Sometimes carriers leave parcels in inconspicuous areas for safety reasons, or they may have delivered to a neighbor.

Rest assured, we want you to receive your items. If your package says delivered but you have not received it, you must complete the following steps in order for us to reship your items:
1. Contact your local post office, or if you have a relationship with your delivery person, ask them to check their truck/facility.
2. File a lost package claim with your carrier. You can use the link here: https://onlineclaims.usps.com/ All information needed is in the tracking email we sent to you.
3. The carrier will provide you with a claim number or confirmation email of your claim being filed. Please forward that to support so we can discuss your reshipment.
030. What Is Your Shipping Insurance Policy and What Is The Cost? +
Please be advised: We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance which is available for an additional $4.95 before completing your purchase. You can click the GREEN shipping insurance checkbox on our cart checkout page.

In the event your package is lost, Amino Labz will reship your items to you.

SHIPPING INSURANCE DOES NOT COVER STOLEN PACKAGES.
031. I Entered The Wrong Shipping Address at Checkout, What Should I Do? +
Orders ship from our facility 6 days a week, Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays. If you contact us prior to the shipment being sent out, we will do our best to get the correct address updated. Please text or call 888.841.6566 or send an email to support@aminolabz.net with your name, order number, and updated address. If your order has already shipped, we are unable to do anything further.
032. Is Your Shipping Discreet? +
We place a high value on your privacy, so your orders will always be shipped in standard United States Postal Service or UPS packaging. Our shipping is fast and discreet with no indication of the contents on the outer packaging. The return address on your package will appear as “SHIPPING MANAGER”.
033. How Do I Become an Affiliate? +

034. I Forgot To Add My Discount Code. Can My Order Be Adjusted? +
If you forgot to add your discount code at checkout, you must reach out to us via email or text message within the first 30 minutes of placing your order.

AS A ONE-TIME COURTESY, we can send you the savings amount in the form of a store credit only. We cannot refund the difference regardless of your payment method.
035. I Missed The Sale, Can The Sale Price Be Honored? +
We do not honor sale prices outside of the sale dates. We run sales monthly; if you miss a sale, make sure you are signed up for our email newsletter and SMS marketing messages. Additionally, you’ll always be able to experience great savings again the following month.
036. Is There Any Bulk Purchasing Offer At Your Store? +
Yes, we offer bulk purchasing and also offer various discounts. Please email or text us for more information.
037. I Received the Wrong Item +
Although mistakes happen, our shipping department works diligently to ensure each parcel is handled with care. If you receive the wrong item, please email or text us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the items you received. We will correct the problem immediately and send out the correct item(s) on the same or next business day that we are made aware of the issue.

You must submit a photo of the items received in order for us to process a reshipment.
038. Refunds +
We offer free replacements on items that have been damaged during transport/shipping. If you received a damaged or broken item, please send us a photo immediately so we can send out a new product.
039. Exchanges +
We offer exchanges on unopened items within 30 days of your order being placed. The item must be unopened and unused. Already reconstituted products do not qualify for a refund or exchange. The customer is responsible for the shipping & fees associated with the return/exchange.
040. E-CHECK +
All orders placed via e-Check will be shipped after payment has cleared. The hold on your order may be up to 72 business hours until payment has cleared our bank.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a $35 return check fee for all returned e-checks. You may also be prevented from purchasing from us in the future.
